Análisis de la perspectiva de género en los Planes Directores del Departamento de Salud de la Generalitat de Catalunya

Abstract

Gender perspective becomes part of public policies to avoid inequalities between men and women. The elements that we believe would have to be present in public policies with gender perspective are: the visibility of women, equal participation, not andocentric or sexist language, transverse and gender determinants as social construction. The aim of our study is to analyze whether the gender perspective is present in the Master Plan of the Department of Health of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
