Peran Buruh Tani Perempuan Terhadap Ekonomi Keluarga Di Desa Atep Satu Kecamatan Langowan Selatan Kabupaten Minahasa

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of female farm laborers on the family economy based on income contribution and work time in Atep Satu Village, Langowan Selatan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out for three months from May to July 2022 starting from preparation to preparation of research reports. The method used in this research is the survey method by taking primary data and secondary data.  Primary data was obtained through a list of questions that had been prepared, while secondary data was obtained from the sub-district office, village office, and related agencies. Sampling in this study using the method (simple random sampling) the number of female farm laborers sampled was 30 out of 137 women who work as farm laborers and are married. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that this Minimum Service Standard program, especially in the field of education, shows that the accuracy of the program is not running as it should. In its implementation, there is a mismatch between the existing rules and the beneficiaries of this program. In the registration process, each learner should be selected in accordance with the provisions by looking at the quota and considering the address of the learner. The main tendency of the community or prospective students to choose schools is only because of their own desires.
