Abstract

Oysters from 4 reefs in Mississippi Sound, sampled over a period of 25 mo., had a low prevalence of the protozoan parasite P. marinus. The greatest values were 80% prevalence, and 0.88 weighted incidence recorded for oysters from Biloxi Bay, Missippi.
