Abstract

Presenters Oberg and Morris described the current environment in two major private libraries, highlighting both the similarities and differences with typical nonprofit libraries. Their special environment demands accountability from their library divisions, often expressed in terms of financial return on investment, and can be instructive for librarians in other types of libraries. © The North American Serials Interest Group, Inc.
