Abstract
According to this definition, “quality” is a relative concept that compares characteristics against requirements. This widens the range of objects to which “quality” can be assigned from products to also processes and systems in either a technical,socio-technical, or managerial context. Quality is the degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfills requirements (ISO 9000:2015).
