Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze the effect of non-financial compensation and transformational leadership on employee performance through employee motivation. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study were employees of the Business Division of PT BPR Regional Bank Gunungkidul Kepanewon Wonosari, with a sample size of 65 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Primary data is taken directly using a questionnaire filled out by the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling method with Partial Least Square. The results of the research study show that there is a significant influence between Non-financial Compensation on Employee Motivation. There is a significant influence between Transformational Leadership on Employee Motivation. There is a significant influence on Non-financial Compensation on Employee Performance. There is a significant influence between Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance. There is a significant influence between Nonfinancial Compensation on Employee Performance through Employee Motivation. There is a significant influence between Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance through Employee Motivation. There is a significant influence between Employee Motivation on Performance.
