Abstract
This study has estimated the reliability of dental procedures data from the Outpatient Care Management System (Sigab), through two statistical procedures: intraclass correlation coefficient and concordance correlation coefficient, with corresponding 95% confidence intervals. The analysis consisted of comparing data registered at three different forms related to outpatient clinical procedures performed by general dentists in 96 working days at a primary care unit in the municipality of Rio de Janeiro. The results showed a high degree of agreement among data from the different sources taken into account in the study. Calculated estimates have led us to conclude that there is a high degree of reliability among data related to dental procedures collected in standardized forms available at Sigab, in a spreadsheet developed at the primary care unit and data from reports generated by the software.
