Abstract

Based on grey system theory, the decision-making problem is discussed, in which the attribute values are interval grey numbers and the attribute weights unknown, and the eigenvector method for this grey decision-making is presented. Firstly, the incidence degree coefficient formula and relative incidence degree coefficient formula for interval grey numbers are constructed by using analytical technique. Secondly, the concepts and formulas for predominance strength, relative predominance strength and predominance comparative matrix are introduced. Finally, an algorithm to solve the grey decision-making problem above is established. This algorithm avoids the calculation of attribute weights, and to some extent, solves this grey decision-making problem. An example is used to demonstrate the rationality and validity of this algorithm.
