Abstract

Photothermal OCT is used to monitor gold nanoparticle delivery in tumors with co-registered speckle variance OCT of vascular morphology. This work demonstrates multimodal OCT as a tool to optimize in vivo drug delivery platforms. © 2014 OSA.
