PEMAHAMAN DAN EKSPEKTASI TENTANG PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI DENGAN KERJASAMA ORANG TUA

Abstract

Cooperation of parents in childhood education is a critical success goals of education. Based on the study results suggest that the cooperation of parents in early childhood education institutions in Kenagarian Pancung Taba is low, if it is not followed then the goals of national education in general and the purpose of early childhood education in particular is not achieved effectively and efficiently. This study aims to find a picture of the understanding and cooperation of parents' expectations and reveal the relationship of understanding and expectations of early childhood education with the cooperation of parents in early childhood education institutions. Responden ts of this study are the parents hwo put ahuldren in to early chilbood education in Kenagarian Pancung Taba. Research instrument is a test model of a questionnaire with multiple choice and Likert scale models, which have tested the validity and reability.  The results of data analysis of this study indicate that the picture of the understanding and cooperation of parents' expectations are well enoug and there is a relationship of understanding and expectations of early childhood education to the cooperation of parents. The results of this study revealed that the third hypothesis received.
