Abstract

This best practice aims to facilitate distance learning (online), make learning more interactive and fun, encourage students to “run” (Learn fluently independently). Independent Fluency Learning (BERLARI) is carried out through several stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Learning English which was developed with the concept of "BERLARI" namely Independent Fluent Learning through blended e-learning can improve various aspects, including mastery of information technology and computers, which are very important in learning so that participants will be more active in learning material online. The implementation of learning is more effective and efficient because it is not limited by space and time. The evaluation is more effective and efficient because the results can be known more quickly in real time. ABSTRAKBest practice ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran jarak jauh (daring), menjadikan pembelajaran lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan, mendorong siswa untuk “Berlari” (Belajar Lancar Mandiri). Belajar Lancar Mandiri (BERLARI) dilaksanaan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang dikembangkan dengan konsep “BERLARI” yaitu Belajar Lancar Mandiri melalui blended e-learning dapat meningkatkan berbagai aspek antar lain penguasaan teknologi informasi dan komputer sangat penting dalam pembelajaran sehingga peserta akan lebih aktif dalam mempelajari materi secara daring/online. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran lebih efektif dan efisien karena tidak terbatas ruang dan waktu. Pelaksanaan evaluasi lebih efektif dan efisien karena hasil bisa lebih cepat di ketahui secara real time.
