Abstract
The main objective of the present study is to generate didactic strategies for the teaching of law in virtual contexts, based on both the study of modern didactic trends and current digital tools for professors, to improve teaching processes in andragogy and teaching at higher levels, specifically in the field of law. The methodology is qualitative, descriptive, and uses a documentary design approach. The results show that didactic strategies optimize teaching-learning process, especially in virtual contexts that require a differentiated treatment. It is concluded that the main strategies are: the professor should consider planning, managing, and conducting educational process in virtual contexts, the professor should be skilled in the use of information and communication technologies, and the professor should apply didactic and andragogic strategies as axes for teaching law.
