Abstract
[OBJECTIVES] The purpose of this study is to analyze the landing error scoring system for the evaluation of the risk factors of anterior cruciate ligament of female according to muscle mass and to identify the risk factors of anterior cruciate ligament according to percent muscle [METHODS] In order to evaluate the risk factors of anterior cruciate ligament for 20 women in their 20s low muscle group and high muscle group, they were analyzed to landing error scoring system jump from a 30cm-high box to a 50% distance of height, from a 45cm-high box to a distance of 50% and 75% distance of height.[RESULTS] Body composition showed that percent fat of the low muscle group was 32.4±2.7%, and percent muscle was 63.3±2.7%.
