Abstract

This article examines the strategies for the successful implementation of change management in organizationsand explores approaches to mitigate resistance. Change management is crucial in maintaining organizationalcompetitiveness in a rapidly evolving business landscape. The study emphasizes the importance of leadership,communication, and employee engagement in driving successful change. Strong leadership is necessary tobuild trust, foster a positive organizational culture, and provide clear direction during change processes.Effective communication ensures that employees understand the reasons for change and align with theorganization’s vision, reducing uncertainty and fear. The article also discusses resistance to change as anatural but manageable phenomenon, highlighting the importance of addressing employee concerns, offeringtraining, and fostering a sense of involvement
