Abstract

Since the 1980s Informational Watch has gained legitimacy in French government agencies and businesses. Informational Intelligence is often considered by companies as important an asset as innovation. Over time and through its applications, specialized forms of watch have appeared: technology watch, competitive intelligence, law or strategic intelligence. While studying the interaction of informational watch and creative activities and innovation, we concluded that a new form of watch—Creative Watch—had emerged in recent years. This article aims to show and question this emergence.
