Abstract

In the work that is leading the MinTIC to strengthen the sector of information technology (IT) it is a priority to guide actions in order to promote training and develop-ment of human talent that fulfill the characteristics and projections of this sector to mobilize economic growth and social development. In the design and develop of different initiatives there have been emerging concerns, learnings and insights that enable us to achieve quality im-pacts, quantity and team's relevance that contributes to the ICT sector. The national and international challenges fac-ing the exploitation of the potential of information tech-nologies require to promote the expansion of capabilities of human talent.
