ANALISIS FRAMING KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH TETANG RENCANA PEMBELAJARAN TATAP MUKA DI MEDIA ONLINE CNN INDONESIA

Abstract

This article aims to find out how the process of framing news in online media CNN Indonesia regarding the issue of Face-to-face Learning (PTM) July 2021. This study uses a qualitative analysis method by using the framing analysis model of Robert N. Etnman. The news that is being researched is news published in June 2021 on CNN Indonesia online media. The results of this study indicate that face-to-face learning will still be carried out in July 2021 but there are several schools and regions that delay conducting face-to-face learning. The framing also contains a strong message that the government will boost the vaccination process until August 2021 for educators and teachers because vaccination is the main requirement for the implementation of face-to-face learning in schools.
