Abstract

Early Onset Schizophrenia (EOS) is fast emerging as a significant cause of morbidity in children. Lack of systematized studies and data are a cause for concern. Multiple treatment combinations have been studied, so as to come to an acceptable conclusion, however much still remains. In this review we have tried to evaluate the existing literature, shortcomings and future directions, so as to give clarity to the phenomenon. © 2010 Academic Journals Inc.
