Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the knowledge of post-partum mothers and the implementation of early post SC mobilization at Bethesda Tobelo Hospital using quantitative methods with correlation design through cross sectional approach to 32 respondents. Sampling using accidental sampling technique and data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the Spearman Rho test showed that there was a relationship between the knowledge of post-partum mothers and the implementation of post-SC early mobilization at Bethesda Tobelo Hospital with a very strong correlation strength, where the sig value was p = 0.000 and the value of r = 0.824, thus Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. So it can be concluded that post-SC mothers with good knowledge about post-SC early mobilization can perform early post-SC mobilization.
