Abstract

The general objective of the investigation was improving tourist services with the implementation of a multi platform system (mobile application, web system and microservice), which revealed the lack of information of the following: restaurants, lodgings, travel agencies and night time entertainment. The investigation was based on a preexperimental design, where information was obtained through observation guides. For the development of the system, the XP methodology and the Dart and TypeScript languages were used, in addition to the Flutter and Vue.JS framework, which allowed for an Android and IOS multi platform system. Likewise, the SCRUM framework was used to organize and execute the team's activities. After analyzing the information collected, it was observed that, when using the multiplatform system (FalconTour), the catalog of tourist services increased by 1.70%, and resulted in improved access to information by 7.59%, the tourist services ranking increased by 2.94% and the evaluation of tourist services increased by 12.43%. This article is divided into: introduction, theoretical framework, objectives, variables, population and sample, software development methodology, implementation of the FalconTour multi platform system, results and conclusions.
