Abstract

Covid-19 is one of the viruses that is sweeping across the world. Many COVID-19 patients are infected dueto low immunity. Many factors affect it. One form that can be done to treat COVID-19 is to increaseimmunity. Enhance immunity by consuming medicine derived from natural ingredients or OMAI (ModernIndonesian Original Medicine). One form of OMAI is temulawak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza) and kencur(Kaemferia galanga). Both of these materials can be used if the processing method is good and right. Untilnow the OMAI processing method that is good and right has not been fully conveyed to the community. Thelack of information obtained by the community is what underlies this research. Therefore, a research relatedto the community's understanding on how to process these two OMAIs. Leximancer 4.51 data results showthat the public does not yet understand the proper and correct processing methods for instant powderpreparations or other preparations, while for ready-to-drink preparations (solutions) the majority of peopleunderstand well and correctly how to process them. This is also caused because there are still many peoplewho have not found preparations other than solutions. From these results it can be concluded that there is aneed for an approach to the community regarding the processing of other dosage forms such as instantpowder, lozenges, and capsules.
