Abstract

Many business competition make employee performance more standardized, but not all companies implement it. The aims to see how job satisfaction, work motivation, and employee performance, as well as the influence of satisfaction and motivation on the performance of employee case studies on Bumi Saba Indonesia (BSI) District of Pangalengan. This research is descriptive quantitative research using multiple linear regression with job satisfaction and work motivation as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. The sample is the entire population of 30 BSI employees using census method. The results of this study indicate that the level of satisfaction and performance of BSI employees is classified at moderate. Then the motivation of BSI employees to work is dominated with answers to get physiological needs, security, and social. Otherwise satisfaction and motivation have an influence simultaneously on employee performances, but satisfaction has an partial effect on the performance of BSI employees. Suggestions that can be given are increasing employee morale, sense of belonging, and employee loyalty.
