Abstract
Access to university sport for people with disabilities is an issue to be made visible. This has become a problem for university students who often find it difficult to access it due to, among other things, the lack of information and training from the institutions themselves. The objective of this study focuses on analyzing the access and limitations in sports practice for university students with disabilities at the University of León. To carry out this study, the survey technique has been used by administering a questionnaire to 40 students with disabilities from the University of León. The results analyze four blocks: 1- Number ofuniversity students with disabilities who practice sports, 2- Access to sport for people with disabilities at the University of León, 3- Resources available for doing adapted sports, 4-Facilitating factors and barriers to access to adapted sport. For the analysis of the results, the JASP software was used, performing descriptive and correlational statistics. The discussions and conclusions focus on the need to promote greater dissemination of access to sport for people with disabilities.
