Abstract
This study had like main objective to develop recommendations for teacher training in digital competencies in contexts of poverty in Latin America. Using a qualitative approach that combined documentary review and participatory methods, key strategies for the adaptation of accessible digital tools and the development of practical skills in teachers were identified. The findings highlight the importance of creativity and continuous training in educational technology to overcome technological limitations and promote educational equity.
