Tourism demand forecast and analysis to Shanxi based on SVM

Abstract

This paper intends to present a new support vector machine (SVM) model based on statistical learning theory at the small samples and complicated effect factors in Shanxi tourism demand data, at last, countermeasures are analyzed. Experimental results showed that SVM model used time series data outperforms traditional models. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
