Abstract
The new Primary Education Degree includes structural and methodological changes compared to the previous one, which allow us to compare the context of Language Didactics. We analyze the methodological model set up by the humanistic approach in which the acquisition of competences takes away the previous one focused on contents. We delimit the concepts of "transference" and "ability" which appear in the new methodological context of the university and in the scope of Language Didactics. We also carry out a comparative study of the Teaching/Learning of languages in different Spanish universities analyzing their presence.
