Abstract
Determined female frequencies and plant densities of thyme in several very young populations, choosing burned sites in the French Mediterranean, because the date of the fire (and thus the age of the new populations) was known. The hypothesis of a correlation between frequency of females and age of the recolonizing populations was tested. -from Authors
