Abstract

A família, estrutura constituída como um todo organizado, sofre mudanças importantes e impacto emocional relevante, durante a hospitalização de um de seus membros. As angústias, medos , sofrimentos e dúvidas aí estarão presentes, assim como as incertezas do tratamento e prognóstico. O contato com a equipe de saúde se torna relevante e o trabalho da Psicologia Hospitalar tem fundamental papel junto a este grupo.The family, constituted structure as a gestalt, suffers important changes and emotional relevant impact, during the hospitalization of one of its members. The anguishes, fears, sufferings and doubts there will be present, as well as the uncertainties of the treatment and prediction. The contact with the team of health becomes relevant and the work of the Health Psychology has important role near this group.
