Abstract

communication is the main thing to run a business. If you want a good result it would require good communication as well. This research was conducted in order to determine the role of horizontal communication to the improved performance in the Prime Sauce. Horizontal communication aspects examined are of benefit is, for the coordination of tasks, problem solving, information sharing, and conflict resolution. The process of data collection in this research conducted by interview. Prime Sauce conducted interviews with five informants that three members of Prime Sauce consists of the CEO, CFO, CMO and 2 specialists or experts in the field of communication. The purpose of this research is to improve the performance of Prime Sauce and fix it through the horizontal communication flow for the company's progress. Results from this study is the Prime Sauce still need to improve the communication flow horizontally within the group to improve the performance of each member.
