Abstract
Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of multiple factors on the career self-management of deaf students at SLB Negeri 1 Makassar. A quantitative approach with path analysis was applied. A total of 31 high school-level deaf students were selected through total sampling. The independent variables in this study included self-efficacy, independence, career planning, parenting style, and career guidance, while the dependent variable was career self-management. Data collection used validated questionnaires. The findings show that self-efficacy and career guidance significantly influence career self-management among the variables, career guidance had the most dominant impact. This study highlights the importance of tailored interventions to support career development of deaf students. research objectives, research methods, analysis techniques, and research results.
