Legal protection refers to various legal remedies that must be provided by legal officials in order to provide a sense of security, both psychologically and physically from disturbances and various other threats. each organization given considering the large number of tourists who experience incidents of theft, fraud, and other forms of criminal acts that threaten the safety of tourists. This journal is entitled Legal Protection for Tanjung Lesung Beach Tourists as a Natural Tourist Attraction in Pandeglang Regency. The issues raised are regarding the legal protection of tourists in the Banten area and the tourism development strategy in the Tanjung Lesung coastal area. The research used in writing this journal is normative legal research, using a statutory research approach (statute approach) and data analysis methods in the form of qualitative data, namely normative and library research. In the provisions of article 20 of the Tourism Act that tourists have the right to obtain legal protection and security, protection of personal rights for high-risk tourism activities. What is regulated in the Tourism Law as the rights of tourists, on the other hand it is the obligation of tourism entrepreneurs, as regulated in Article 26 letters d and e of the Tourism Law.
