El elector colombiano. Una aproximación al perfil del votante de los principales partidos en las elecciones presidenciales 2002-2010

Abstract

The main idea of this paper is to identify the management patterns for university research according to the most outstanding models which characterized Research and Development structures (R+D) in Colombian universities; also, analyzing research administration the typical processes on countries with low scientific absorption, highlighted the case of Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla Colombia.
