Abstract

The term "endo-perio" lesion has been used to describe the destructive lesion resulting from inflammatory products present in both the periodontium and the pulpal tissues. Various classifications have been proposed for the respective lesion. The progress from endodontic lesion to periodontic lesion or vice versa via different pathways and use of advance therapy has been discussed in the article.
