Abstract

In this article, the author provides suggestions about how to end sexual harassment and assault at and around Pennsylvania State University. It mentions need to disrupt tacit acceptance of the status quo with outrage that sexual assault is still happening. It presents need for colleges and universities to understand sexual violence as a human rights issue.
