Wie Entwicklungs- und Implementierungsprozesse gelingen können

Abstract

Der Beitrag geht der Frage nach, wie Entwicklungs- und Implementierungsprozesse in der Sozialen Arbeit verlaufen und welche Aspekte für das Gelingen dieser Prozesse zu berücksichtigen sind. Wir stellen die wichtigsten Ergebnisse eines kooperativ angelegten Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekts vor und diskutieren diese vor dem Hintergrund des aktuellen Wissensstandes. Dies ist die Basis für ein neues, integriertes Phasenmodell für Entwicklungs- und Implementierungsprozesse in psychosozialen Arbeitsfeldern; demnach sind Veränderungsprozesse deutlich langfristiger zu konzipieren und Entwicklung und Implementierung stärker miteinander zu verschränken.This article addresses the question of how processes of development and implementation in social work proceed and which aspects need to be considered for them to succeed. We present the most important results of a collaborative research project that we conducted, and we discuss them against the background of the current state of knowledge in the literature. We then propose a new, integrated phase model for development and implementation processes in psychosocial fields of work; it underlines that, firstly, change processes ought to be designed with a greater long-term orientation and, secondly, that development and implementation should be closely intertwined.
