Special attention is drawn to the implementation of the competency-based approach. In the process of testing the programme modules, 263 graduate students took part in stages 1, 2 and 3. Based on the results of the evaluation of the educational programme carried out by teachers and practitioners involved in this process, it was concluded that the target, content, technological, and evaluation characteristics of the programme modules meet the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education (master's level) in Pedagogical Education (44.04.01) as well as those of the Professional Standard for Teachers. The modules also comply with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards on General Education in the context of modernization of teacher education.
