Abstract
In this research we have tested how effective AFORS-HET program is. Afterwards, we have matched to our reality via inserting parameters from a test research for a Buffer layer (FeSi2) on the program and the simulation indicated that there is a massive concurrence between the experimental results and the program. We have also improved the results of the experimental test (FeSi2ȀSi) via the use of AFORS-HET by changing the doping concentration and the thickness for the buffer layer and the absorption layer and all whilst adding the filtering layer in which it increased its efficiency from (͵Ǥ͵ - ͷǤʹͳͷ) Ψ and it showed that variation between Doping and thickness play a vital role in improving the performance of the cell.
