La economía circular y la perspectiva estratégica del sector arrocero del cantón Daule periodo 2021-2022

Abstract

El sistema económico en la actualidad presenta limitaciones en términos de su sostenibilidad, así como: la sobreproducción, la definición de obsolescencia programada, la cultura del consumismo y la utilización, así como la ineficiencia en beneficio de los residuos en las diferentes etapas de producción, ocasionan tensiones en el sector arrocero que cada año va en aumento. Por tanto, se debe analizar la relación entre la economía circular y la perspectiva empresarial del sector arrocero del cantón Daule periodo 2021-2022. La metodología implementada en la investigación tiene un enfoque mixto con un diseño no experimental y un alcance descriptivo debido a que por medio de la realización de una encuesta dirigida a las empresas se evidencian los siguientes resultados, el 70 % considera que a veces los residuos en las diferentes etapas de producción ocasionan tensiones en el sector arrocero cada año. Así mismo, las diferencias fundamentales que se dan entre la economía lineal y la circular, la primera se centra en la rentabilidad sin tener ninguna preocupación por el ciclo de vida del producto y la segunda apuesta por la sostenibilidad.The economic system currently has limitations in terms of its sustainability, such as: overproduction, the definition of planned obsolescence, the culture of consumption and use, as well as inefficiency for the benefit of waste in the different stages of production, They cause tensions in the rice sector that is increasing every year. Therefore, the relationship between the circular economy and the business perspective of the rice sector in the Daule canton should be analyzed for the period 2021-2022. The methodology implemented in the research has a mixed approach with a non-experimental design and a descriptive scope due to the fact that by conducting a survey aimed at companies the following results are evidenced, 70% consider that sometimes waste in the different stages of production cause tensions in the rice sector every year. Likewise, the fundamental differences that exist between the linear and circular economy, the first focuses on profitability without having any concern for the product's life cycle and the second bets on sustainability.
