Abstract
The multicultural education is a system that wants to attend on cultural, affective and cognitive needs of groups and all the members of ethnic groups of a society. It is based on the equal valuation of all the cultures without considering ones better than the others. It hasn't to be reduced to schools, but to extend to the whole society. This is a difficult education because it set forth didactic problems. The multicultural education uses humanism and dialogue. It will contribute to build a multicultural society, to eliminate conflicts between cultures and to help the foreigners identity.
