Abstract

For patients with carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) infections, published experience with salvage therapy is limited after the failure of polymyxin-based initial therapy. Here, we found that ceftazidime-avibactam salvage therapy for patients with CRKP infections offers benefit in mortality.
