Research on the Digital Inheritance and Protection of Yue Embroidery Under the Meta-cosmic Technology

Abstract

With the rise of meta-cosmic technology and the increasing importance of intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance, the integration of digitalization and intangible cultural heritage protection has become one of the hot spots in contemporary research. Taking Yue embroidery as the research object, this paper first introduces the characteristics of Yue embroidery and the current situation of its digital protection, then analyzes the application of meta-universe technology in intangible heritage protection, including the presentation of virtual exhibitions, real-time teaching of embroidery skills and the establishment of digital archives, and discusses the digital protection and inheritance methods of Yue embroidery under the meta-universe technology in detail. Integrate Cantonese embroidery culture with modern science and technology, put forward a new development direction, and promote the inheritance and innovation of Cantonese embroidery.
