Abstract

Welfare of the people with mono-interpreted legal politics that relies on the exploitation of natural resources, besides benefiting a few people, it is also disastrous for the environment, biodiversity and their ecosystem. except that indigenous peoples are separated from their cultural space. The formal legalistic approach with limestone exploitation permits, is not the only thing that overcomes poverty in the community, including indigenous people. That is why the Lollok and Luwuk indigenous people reject the exploitation of limestone in their customary territory, then how to construct a legal politics based on local potential, environmentally sound and sustainable It is studied with a socio-legal approach which will produce a new approach, namely the law politics of the commune link which synergi the potency of the lolok and luwuk indigenous peoples who have social capital, namely natural beauty, cultural space, fertile land, and other elements of society with the state to jointly design the welfare of indigenous peoples who are democratic and justice.
