Entrepreneurial capacity at the national university of san agustín de arequipa-2019

Abstract

It is intended to know the level of entrepreneurial capacity, compare it with the results of the GEM at the Peru level and determine the discrimination by sex among students of the Professional School of Administration of the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa, the methodology used is descriptive approach, observational and crosssectional, having as a sample 236 students, the temporality is determined in the period 2019, a questionnaire with 20 items was used to collect the data and process them statistically with SPSS-AMOS (V25). Among the findings obtained, there is a 53 % of the students present a moderate level of entrepreneurial capacity, with a similar comparative result with the GEM at the Peru level, in addition, that the variability of entrepreneurial capacity is the same for students of both sexes. It is concluded that there is a statistically significant association of the entrepreneurial capacity of the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa.
