Abstract

This study presents a taxonomic review of the subgenera Tidops Chamberlin, 1915 and Newportides Chamberlin, 1921, and description of four new species: N. (Tidops) mapinguari sp. nov., N. (Tidops) oxossi sp. nov., N. (Newportides) anhanga sp. nov., and N. (Newportides) exu sp. nov., all from the Brazilian Amazonia.
