Abstract

Background: Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a science and application in an effort to prevent the possibility of accidents and occupational diseases. Objectives: This study aims to determine the determinants of tenure and education with the OSH Behavior of PT. Dock & Shipping of the Banjarmasin Maritime Military Command. Methods: This research is a quantitative research and this type of research uses an analytical survey method, namely research that tries to explore how and why this health phenomenon occurs. Results: Research shows that of the workers who have a positive attitude, most of them have positive K3 behavior as much as 92.3% and workers who have good knowledge mostly have positive K3 behavior as much as 92.7%. Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with positive OSH behavior among workers at PT. Kodja Bahari Dock & Shipping.
