Abstract

During this last decade of the 20th century, we are witnessing profound changes in the Indian corporate environment. Corporations, therefore, require new skills to face the uncertainties of the new environment. It is in this context that organizational learning assumes importance.Based on 45 published case studies, S Ramnarayan and Jyotsna Bhatnagar examine how progressive organizations have gone about meeting the learning challenge and discuss the messages from these learning experiences.
