Abstract

Urban projects take into account different aspects of a city, which involve multiple actors and disciplines with different objectives. The purpose of the paper is to identify and characterize a multi-criteria method that allows the improvement of the decision-making process in urban projects, such as the location of intermodal transfer stations in the Colima-Villa de Alvarez conurbation. The results show the AHP as the optimal method, since it offers the necessary characteristics to be able to evaluate, analyze and solve the variables the project needs.
