Pengukuran Tingkat Kepuasan Peternak dalam Pelayanan Inseminasi Buatan Menggunakan Analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)

Abstract

Increasing the population and community welfare have an impact on increasing demand for food, one of them is meat. Artificial Insemination (IB) is an effort to implement appropriate technology become main choice for increasing livestock population. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of satisfaction of farmers in IB services in Jepara Regency. The study was conducted in three districts in Jepara Regency (Donorojo District, Bangsri District and Pakis Aji District). The research method uses the survey method. The data collection was conducted through interviews with farmers using questionnaires 150 respondents. The Analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is used to determine the level of satisfaction of farmers, while Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is used to determine the extent which the attributes measured affect satisfaction or dissatisfaction. The CSI results were 74.57%, the value indicated that farmers were satisfied with the IB service. The main priority whose performance must be improved is based on the results of the IPA analysis, namely sevice per conception attributes, the officers speed in fulfilling the farmer's call, consistency regarding IB fees, and post-IB pregnancy examinations.
