Abstract
Today’s culture is increasingly experiencing the phenomena of unregistered marriage or marriage on the fly, as though it doesn’t care about the long-term effects. There were many different justifications and statements, such as the difficulty of the marriage process or the strictness of the law. As a result, it is important for this study to highlight earlier research from the viewpoint of the theory and notion of marriage without permission under Islamic law. Examining the problems associated with unrequited marriage in Malaysian society is another goal of this study. This study was written using a qualitative methodology, with literature sources serving as the primary source of information. In addition to discussing syarak and legislation, the study’s findings demonstrate.
