Abstract

The paper discusses the importance of professional improvement in all aspects of human work and influence. Emphasis is given to employee education in the domain of culture, which includes libraries. Finally, project Transcribus is described, whose goal is digitalization of printed and hand-written material, simplifying their use and application.
